We do NOT collect or store: Message content beyond commands, Personal conversations, Voice chat data, or Files shared in Discord.

Your information is used exclusively for: Processing music commands and requests, Maintaining server-specific bot settings, Providing technical support when requested, Improving service quality and performance, and Generating anonymous usage statistics. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers with regular backups. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication protocols, regular security audits, and limited access controls. Data retention is minimal - temporary logs are deleted within 30 days, and inactive server settings are purged after 90 days of bot removal.

GoMuChord integrates with music platforms (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud) to provide streaming services. These platforms may have their own privacy policies. We only share necessary information (like search queries) to fulfill music requests. No personal Discord data is shared with these platforms.
