1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GoMuChord ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users, including server administrators and members.

2. Service Description

GoMuChord is a Discord music bot that provides audio streaming services from various platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud. The bot is designed to enhance your Discord server experience with high-quality music playback and queue management features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GoMuChord responsibly and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: spamming commands, attempting to exploit the bot, using the bot for illegal purposes, or violating platform content policies.

4. Premium Services

Premium features are available through subscription plans. Payment terms are clearly outlined during purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

5. Data Collection

GoMuChord collects minimal data necessary for operation, including Discord user IDs, server IDs, and usage statistics. We do not store or log message content beyond command processing. All data handling complies with applicable privacy laws.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, GoMuChord is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any disruptions or damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our official channels. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to GoMuChord for violations of these terms, without prior notice. Users may discontinue use at any time by removing the bot from their servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoMuChord and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party content issues.
